धारावाहिक लेख:- वास्तुशास्त्र, भाग-1
वास्तुकला, भारतीय ज्योतिष के सात अंगो मे से एक महत्वपूर्ण अंग है । वास्तुशास्त्र, ज्योतिष की भांति आने वाले समय अर्थात भविष्य के बारे मे तो नही बताती परंतु सही वास्तु मानव जीवन तथा भविष्य पर गहरा और सकारात्मक प्रभाव जरूर डाल सकती है । यदि गृहस्थान या व्यवसाय स्थल वास्तु सम्मत बना हो तो, वास्तु सम्मत निर्माण निश्चित रूप से प्रकृति, मानव जीवन, घर तथा व्यवसाय मे तरक्की तथा खुशियों के नये आयाम पैदा कर सकता है ।
संक्षेप मे किसे कहते हैं, वास्तु:-
जिस भूमि पर जीव निवास तथा कार्य करते हैं, उसे ही वास्तु कहा जाता है।
गृह, भवन, महल, दुर्ग, मन्दिर, नगर, गांव, उद्योग और व्यापार केन्द्र, ये सभी वास्तु के अन्तर्गत आते हैं। कुआं, तड़ाग, वापी, यज्ञशाला, पर्णकुटी, गोशाला आदि भी इसके ही अंग हैं । चित्रकला, मूर्तिकला, काष्ठकला तथा शिल्पादि भी वास्तुशास्त्र के अन्तर्गत ही हैं। वस्तुतः वास्तुकर्म शिल्पकर्म का ही पर्याय है।
क्या होता है वास्तु पुरूष:-
वास्तु के शुभाशुभ फल प्राप्ति के लिए "मत्स्य पुराण"में कहा गया है कि, राक्षसराज अंधकासुर के वध के समय भगवान शंकर के ललाट से पृथ्वी पर उनके पसीने की जो बूँदें गिरी, उनसे एक विकराल मुखवाला तथा भयंकर आकृति का प्राणी प्रकट हुआ । जिसने पृथ्वी पर गिरे हुए अंधकासुर के गणों का रक्त पान किया, रक्त का पान करने पर भी वह अतृप्त ही रहा। तब वह भगवान शिव के सम्मुख घोर तपस्या करने लगा। उसकी तपस्या से प्रसन्न होकर भगवान शिव ने उससे वर मांगने को कहा, तब उसने मांगा कि "मै तीनो लोको को ग्रसने मे समर्थ होना चाहता हूँ।"
भगवान शिव से वर प्राप्त करने के उपरांत भी वह मन से अतृप्त रहता हुआ, अपने विशाल शरीर से तीनो लोको को अवरूद्ध करता हुआ पृथ्वी पर आ गिरा ।
तब भयभीत देवताओं ने इस अवसर को अच्छा मानकर उसको अधोमुख अवस्था में वही पर स्तम्भित कर दिया। जिस देवता ने उसके तन को जहाँ पर दबा रखा था, वह देवता उसके उसी अंग पर निवास करने लगा। उस पुरूष मे सभी देवताओं के निवास होने के कारण महादेवादि देवों ने उसे वास्तु देवता के रूप में प्रतिष्ठित किया, इसलिए वह पुरूष ही वास्तुपुरुष या वास्तुदेवता कहलाने लगा। इस प्रकार से वास्तु पुरूष की उत्पत्ति हुई ।
तब देवताओं ने भी वास्तुपुरूष को वरदान देते हुए कहा कि गृहनिर्माण, वैश्वदेव बलि, वापी, कूप, तड़ाग, गरी, मंदिर, बाग़बगीचा, जीर्णोंधार योग्य मंडप, निर्माणदि के समय जो तुम्हारी पूजा-प्रतिष्ठा तथा अर्चना करेंगें उन्हें सभी प्रकार की सौख्य समृद्धि मिलेगी ।
वास्तु पुरूष को ही वास्तोष्पति भी कहा जाता है । स्थिर स्थिति में, वास्तुमंडल में ईशानकोण पर अधोमुख, तथा सुप्तावस्था में इनकी स्थिति कही गयी है, इनका सिर ईशान में, मुड़े हुए पैर नैर्ऋत्य में हैं। इनके मुंह से सदा तथास्तु शब्दघोष होता रहता है
वास्तु के देवता विश्वकर्मा जी:-
वास्तु के देवता विश्वकर्मा जी ने समस्त विश्व को ही वास्तु के रुप में प्रतिपादित किया है। वास्तुदेव के चैतन्य और व्यावहारिक को ही विश्वकर्मा कहा जाता है। विश्वकर्मा जी को साधन, औजार, युक्ति और निर्माण के देवता के रूप में जाना जाता है ।
इनका ही दूसरा नाम देवशिल्पी है। दैत्यों का भी शिल्पकार होने पर इन्हें "मय" नामक दानव के रुप में भी जाना जाता है, यह शिल्पकला में निपुण है। परंतु पुरातन ग्रंथों मे कई जगह मत के अंतर से "विश्वकर्मा" तथा "मय दानव" को अलग-अलग माना गया है, जिससे यह वास्तुशास्त्र के दो पुरातन आचार्यों के रुप में प्रतिष्ठित है।
ऋग्वेद में भगवान विश्वकर्मा का और उनके कार्यो का पूर्ण विवरण किया गया है। सभी पौराणिक संरचनाएं, भगवान विश्वकर्मा द्वारा निर्मित हैं। भगवान विश्वकर्मा का जन्म देवताओं और राक्षसों के बीच हुए समुद्र मंथन द्वारा हुआ था। पौराणिक युग के सभी अस्त्र और शस्त्रों का निर्माण भगवान विश्वकर्मा ने ही किया हैं। वज्र का निर्माण भी उन्होने ही किया था।
धर्म ग्रंथों मे वास्तुशास्त्र के अठारह प्रवर्तक आचार्यों के विषय मे कहा गया है, जो कि इस प्रकार से बताये गये हैं, भृगु, अत्रि, वशिष्ठ, विश्वकर्मा, मय, नारद, नग्नजित, विशालाक्ष, पुरन्दर, ब्रह्मा कुमार, नन्दश, शौनक, गर्ग, वासुदेव, अनिरुद्ध, वृहस्पति और शुक्राचार्य।
भारतीय वास्तुशास्त्र का आधार:-
भारतीय वास्तुशास्त्र पंचमहाभूतो पर आधारित है, जोकि क्रमशः इस प्रकार से है पृथ्वी, जल, अग्नि, वायु तथा आकाश । इन पंचमहाभूतो के साथ-२ गुरुत्वाकर्षण शक्ति, चुम्बकीय शक्ति, सौर ऊर्जा आदि के संतुलन पर वास व्यवस्था को निर्भर माना गया है, अर्थात वास्तुशास्त्र प्रकृति के संतुलन की गहन कला का नाम है । साथ ही साथ वास्तु शास्त्र का तात्पर्य इंसान को "सुविधा तथा सुरक्षा" भी प्रदान करना है ।
वास्तु के प्रकार:-
१. वास्तु को मुख्य तीन भागों में बांटा गया है:-
(क) आवासीय वास्तु
(ख) व्यावसायिक वास्तु
(ग) धार्मिक वास्तु
(क) आवासीय वास्तु
पर्णकुटी, काष्टकुटी, मृदागृह, पाषाण गृह, इष्टिकागृह आदि। कोठियां, बंगले, फार्महाऊस, पेंटहाऊस, फ्लैट्स तथा आधुनिक काल के बहुमंजिले आवास भी आवासीय वास्तु के अन्तर्गत आते है । इन सभी स्थानो पर वास्तु के नियमो तथा सिद्धान्तो का पालन होना चाहिए ।
(ख) व्यावसायिक वास्तु
व्यावसायिक वास्तु क्रमशः दो प्रकार का होता है, 'व्यापारिक वास्तु' तथा 'औद्योगिक वास्तु'।
व्यावसायिक वास्तु:- व्यावसायिक वास्तु मे क्रमशः दुकानें, शोरुम, कार्यालय, होटल-रिसोर्ट- क्लब, औषधालय, हस्पताल, विद्यालय तथा अन्य शिक्षण संस्थान सम्मिलित है।
औद्योगिक वास्तु:- कुटीर उद्योग, लघुउद्योग, मिल-कारखाने भी व्यावसायिक वास्तु के अन्तर्गत ही आते हैं, किन्तु इन्हें औद्योगिक वास्तु के नाम से जाना जाता है।
(ग) धार्मिक वास्तु:- मन्दिर, मस्जिद, गुरुद्वारा, चर्च, आश्रम, मठ, स्थानक, बौद्धविहार, धर्मशाला, अतिथिगृह, कूप, वापी, तड़ाग, सरोवर, यज्ञमंडप, यज्ञकुण्ड, हवनवेदी आदि धार्मिकवास्तु के अंर्तगत आते हैं ।
इसके अतिरिक्त नगर, ग्राम, शहर, सड़क, पुल, पार्क इत्यादि भी वास्तु विज्ञान मे आते हैं। वन-उपवन तथा नदी, पहाड़ आदि की अवस्थिति का सम्बन्ध भी वासभूमि से है।
वास्तु शास्त्र का महत्व:-
वास्तुशास्त्र, मनुष्यों को प्राकृतिक शक्तियों का सही उपयोग करके सुखमय जीवन जीने की कला सिखाता है ।
मनुष्यों के घर, व्यवसायिक स्थल, धर्मस्थान इत्यादि अन्य स्थल यदि वास्तु विरूद्ध निर्मित हो तो जीवन मे विभिन्न प्रकार की कठिनाइयों, कमियों या शारीरिक कष्टों का सामना करना पडता है ।
वास्तुशास्त्र विरूद्ध वास्तु मे वास हो या वास्तु विरूद्ध व्यवसायिक स्थल हो, तथा साथ-२ यदि ज्योतिषीय गणनाओं अर्थात जन्मकुंडली के अनुसार भी जातक का समय विपरीत चल रहा हो, तो दोनों विधाओं के विपरीत होने के परिणामस्वरूप व्यक्ति के जीवन मे उस समय भयानक उथल-पुथल, वाद-विवाद, नुकसान, दुर्घटनाएं, भयानक रोग यहां तक कि मृत्यु तक भी होना संभव हो जाता है।
कारोबारी रूप से दुष्प्रभाव के रूप मे कारोबार न चलना, कर्जदार होना काम बंद होना जैसे परिणाम होते है, जिसके चलते जमीन-जायदाद का बिकना तथा और इससे भी अधिक बुरी दशा संभव हो सकती है।
अतः जितना अधिक संभव हो, और जितना इंसान के समर्थ मे हो, उतना वास्तु सम्मत आवास या व्यावसायिक वास्तु का उपभोग करना अच्छा होता है
आधुनिक काल मे रहने के स्थान यानि घर या फ्लैट मे काफी खुली या बडी जगह तो नही होती लेकिन बडा या छोटा जैसा भी घर हो कोशिश करनी चाहिए कि घर बनाने से पहले ही वास्तुसम्मत नक्शे के आधार पर ही घर बनाया जाये, और यदि घर पहले से ही बना हुआ हो तो उसे कम से कम तोड-फोड करके ठीक किया जा सके, बने हुए घर मे अधिक तोड-फोड करने से भी गंभीर वास्तुदोष उत्पन्न हो जाता है ।
विशेष:-
1. यहाँ पर वास्तु के एक आवश्यक नियम का अवश्य ध्यान रखे कि घर, व्यवसाय या किसी भी अन्य स्थान पर कभी भी कोई बड़ी तोडफोड करके वास्तु सम्मत बनाने का प्रयास सोच समझ कर ही करे, क्योंकि अधिक तोड़ फोड़ करने से भी गंभीर वास्तु दोष उत्पन्न हो जाता है।
2. भवन में किसी प्रकार से तोड़फोड़ बदलाव करने के बाद भी संक्षिप्त वास्तुशान्ति आवश्यक है।
3. यहाँ पर यह बात भी स्मरण योग्य है कि गृह मे निवास करने वाले प्राणियों के कर्म और संस्कार पर भी वास्तु का गुण-दोष निर्भर करता है।
प्रस्तुत धारावाहिक लेख में, प्रतिदिन घर के किसी एक भाग के बारे मे वास्तु सम्मत राय प्रस्तुत की जायेगी, जिससे पाठक स्वयं अपने घर मे यदि कोई त्रुटि हो तो उसे सही कर पाये ।

Architecture is one of the important parts of Indian astrology. Vastu Shastra, like astrology, does not tell about the coming time i.e. future, but right Vastu can definitely have a deep and positive effect on human life and future. If the house or business place is made according to Vastu, then construction according to Vastu can definitely create new dimensions of progress and happiness in nature, human life, home and business.
In short, what is called Vastu:-
The land on which living beings live and work is called Vastu.
Houses, buildings, palaces, forts, temples, towns, villages, industries and trade centers all come under Vastu. Well, Tadag, Vapi, Yagyasala, Parnakuti, Gaushala etc. are also its parts. Painting, sculpture, woodwork and crafts are also under Vastu Shastra. In fact, Vastukarma is synonymous with Shilpkarma.
What is Vastu Purush:-
In order to get the auspicious results of Vastu, it has been said in the "Matsya Purana" that, at the time of the killing of the demon king Andhakasur, the drops of sweat that fell on the earth from the forehead of Lord Shankar, appeared from him a creature of a formidable face and a frightening figure. The one who drank the blood of the Ganas of Andhakasur who had fallen on the earth remained unsatisfied even after drinking the blood. Then he started doing severe penance in front of Lord Shiva. Pleased with his penance, Lord Shiva asked him to ask for a boon, then he asked that "I want to be able to grasp the three worlds."
Even after getting a boon from Lord Shiva, he remained unsatisfied with his mind, blocked the three worlds with his huge body and fell on the earth.
Then the frightened gods, taking this opportunity as good, put him in a downward-facing state and pillared it. Wherever the deity had buried his body, that deity started residing on that part of him. Due to the abode of all the deities in that man, Mahadevadi Devas revered him as Vastu Devta, so that man came to be called Vastu Purush or Vastu Devata. Thus was the origin of Vastu Purush.
Then the gods also gave a boon to the Vastu Purush and said that those who worship and worship you at the time of house construction, Vaishvadev sacrifice, Vapi, well, garden, garden, temple, pavilion, etc. .
Vastu Purush is also called Vastoshpati. In a stable position, in the Vastu Mandala, it is said to face the northeast, and in the dormant state, their head is in the north, their legs are bent in the southeast. There is always a word of goodness coming from their mouth.
Vishwakarma, the god of Vastu:-
Vishwakarma, the god of Vastu, has propounded the whole world as Vastu. The consciousness and practical of Vastudev is called Vishwakarma. Vishwakarma ji is known as the god of means, tools, devices and creation.
Her second name is Devashilpi. Being a craftsman of demons, he is also known as a demon named "May", he is skilled in craftsmanship. But in ancient texts, "Vishvakarma" and "May Demon" have been considered separately due to difference of opinion in many places, due to which it is revered as two ancient masters of Vastu Shastra.
In Rigveda, full description of Lord Vishwakarma and his works has been given. All the mythological structures are built by Lord Vishwakarma. Lord Vishwakarma was born by the churning of the ocean between the gods and the demons. Lord Vishwakarma has created all the weapons and weapons of the mythological era. He had also built the Vajra.
In religious texts, it has been said about the eighteen originating masters of Vastu Shastra, which are described as follows, Bhrigu, Atri, Vashishta, Vishwakarma, Maya, Narada, Nagjit, Vishalaksha, Purandar, Brahma Kumar, Nandash, Shaunak, Garga. , Vasudeva, Aniruddha, Brihaspati and Shukracharya.
Basis of Indian Vastu Shastra:-
Indian Vastu Shastra is based on the Panchmahabhutas, which are respectively earth, water, fire, air and sky. Along with these Panchmahabhutas, the habitation system has been considered to be dependent on the balance of gravitational force, magnetic force, solar energy etc., that is, Vastu Shastra is the name of the profound art of balancing nature. At the same time, the meaning of Vastu Shastra is to provide "convenience and security" to the human being.
Types of Vastu:-
1. Vastu is divided into three main parts:-
(a) residential architecture
(b) commercial architecture
(c) religious architecture
(a) residential architecture
Leaf huts, wood sheds, mud houses, stone houses, etc. Rooms, bungalows, farmhouses, penthouses, flats and modern-day multi-storey houses also come under residential architecture. The rules and principles of Vastu should be followed at all these places.
(b) commercial architecture
There are two types of commercial Vaastu, 'Vyapar Vaastu' and 'Industrial Vastu' respectively.
Professional Vastu:- Commercial Vastu includes shops, showrooms, offices, hotel-resort-clubs, dispensaries, hospitals, schools and other educational institutions respectively.
Industrial Vastu:- Cottage industries, small scale industries, mill-factories also come under commercial Vaastu, but they are known as Industrial Vaastu.
(c) Religious Vastu:- Temple, Mosque, Gurudwara, Church, Ashram, Math, Sthanak, Buddhist Vihar, Dharamsala, Guest House, Well, Vapi, Tadag, Sarovar, Yagyamandapa, Yagyakund, Havanavedi etc. come under religious architecture.
Apart from this, cities, villages, cities, roads, bridges, parks etc. also come under Vastu science. The location of the forest-groves and rivers, mountains etc. is also related to the habitat.
Importance of Vastu Shastra:-
Vastu Shastra teaches human beings the art of living a happy life by using the natural forces properly.
People's houses, business places, religious places, etc. If other places are built against Vastu, then one has to face various kinds of difficulties, shortcomings or physical troubles in life.
Whether living in Vastu against Vastu or a business place against Vaastu, and if according to astrological calculations ie horoscope, the time of the person is going opposite, then as a result of the opposite of both the modes, there will be terrible upheaval in the life of the person at that time. It becomes possible to have disturbances, arguments, losses, accidents, terrible diseases and even death.
As a side effect of business, there are consequences like not running business, being indebted, stop working, due to which sale of property and even worse condition can be possible.
Therefore, as much as possible, and as much as it is capable of human beings, it is good to consume Vastu-compliant housing or commercial Vaastu.
In modern times, there is not much open or big space in the place of living i.e. house or flat, but whatever the house is big or small, it should be tried that before building the house, the house should be built on the basis of the architectural map, and if the house is first If it is built from the beginning, then it can be repaired with the least amount of demolition, serious Vastu defects also arise due to more demolition in the built house.
